Having worked with schools for over 15 years and in creative photo studios, design agencies and graphic production businesses since leaving school, there isn’t much David doesn’t know about how to make people, businesses and schools look great!
With 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management, coupled with great communication and problem-solving skills, our ongoing awareness and growth strategy is Josh’ baby!
Josh absolutely loves a chat and can talk for hours about the business and his strategies for success, all of which means we are very excited to have him on board!
Essex born, this fiery red head is our creative driving force, with a passion for marketing and thinking outside the box, we can guarantee you’re in good hands. With ten years’ experience and an eye for detail, we’re confident that you will love what she can bring to your school!

Born and bred in the royal county of Berkshire, Charlotte is our classy lady. Her passion and commercial knowledge are undeniably her best assets. She loves cake, fashion, and being creative so she’ll always have plenty to talk about!

Based just down the road from the famous Stonehenge in Wiltshire, Jonathan has been in the photographic industry for over 20 years, 12 of those have been as a professional photographer.
Originally trained as an outdoor activity instructor, Jonathan’s main passion is people - engaging with all ages, creating a fun atmosphere and capturing awesome images.
Andy lives on the east coast and can always been seen with an infectious smile! This cheeky chap has a multitude of experience in the school photography industry, 12 years of that has been here at Kittle.

Based at our Head Office in Essex, Chris has over 15 years graphic design experience, 10 of which have been with us and exclusively with schools.
That gives Chris valuable insight in to what design styles ‘work’ for schools, as well as how best to get key messages across to your internal and external audiences.
